Praise for Almighty GOD who has given the blessing and the honor of the given.. With the blessing Almighty of Allah, so that writer could finish the five month of supervised training at the Hotel of Kampung Tok Senik Resort Langkawi finally is done.
The purpose of this report is to complete one of the academic requirements in the completion of Supervised Field Training Program Diploma 3 Food Production Management and to describe the activities which held from March 23th 2009 to August 23th 2009. The writer found much experience in the kitchen and all section as have been past by the writer, but the writer chooses main kitchen section as the report writing with the title “THE ACTIVITIES OF FOOD PRODUCTION IN MAIN KITCHEN OF WARUNG TOK MAT RESTAURANT AT KAMPUNG TOK SENIK RESORT LANGKAWI MALAYSIA”
In this change the writer would like to thank to all important people who helped the writer during supervised field training, they are:
